Performance evaluations contain clear statements of expectations, examples of specific results achieved, realistic development needs, and implementation plans. Responsible for department sanitation. Ensures that the food services operate in compliance with the standards of the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Health Care Organizations, CMS and with applicable state and local codes.
