Primary Duties:
Develop, cost, and execute menu items profitably

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that every guest space at Vermejo Headquarters is in a condition that creates the ultimate guest experience with superior product and guest service.
The Housekeeping Supervisor is the direct leader of the Hospitality Housekeeping Division. This position will be responsible for daily tasks of the housekeeping department which include, but are not limited, upkeeping the standards of cleanliness, daily room inspections, stayover cleans, and ordering supplies.
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, the job duties include, but are not limited to the following:
Accept guidance, instruction, direction, and training from the Rooms Department Manager.
Report guest issues to the Room Department Manager and Front Desk throughout every shift.
Conduct frequent walk-through inspections of headquarters grounds and guest accommodations to identify and correct deficiencies or problems before they are observed or experienced by a guest.
Communicate with guests in ways that are consistent with superior service standards.
Constantly monitor and respond to the work order system, and address any immediate hospitality needs from Hospitality Management.
Assist with laundry, guest room stayover cleans, turnover cleans and guest amenity delivery.
Serve as a team member with the Reserve’s Maintenance Division and assist with variety of tasks including, but not limited to, minor plumbing, changing lightbulbs and batteries and other maintenance related tasks assigned by Hospitality Management at Headquarters.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Bartender is an essential member of our Front-of-House team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming our guests and providing food, cocktail, and beverage service in a courteous, professional, and timely manner. The Bartender will ensure a great guest experience at every table creating an atmosphere of hospitality, while ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.
As a Bartender, the job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Greet all guests and welcomes them with a warm smile in a timely manner.
Accurately describe each menu item in full detail.
Create cocktails with ease and professionalism.
Maintain bar upkeep and cleanliness.
Assist guests in the ordering process by making suggestions and pairings.
Full-service restaurant fluidity, i.e., “sense of urgency” on the floor.
Be present on the floor and attentive to guests needs to ensure top level service and experience for guests.
Communicate effectively and clearly with management during service.
Follow all cleanliness and sanitation procedures including frequent handwashing.
Complete all opening and closing side-work of the bar as directed.
Attend and participate in advancement of food and beverage education outside of regular service.
Practice alcohol awareness and exercise good judgement when serving guests alcohol to comply with the state laws of New Mexico.

Must have experience providing fine dining service. Experience working in a luxury hotel/resort setting is highly preferred. Good working knowledge of accepted sanitation standards and applicable health codes is required.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
This position requires good communication skills, both verbal and written. The candidate must be able to read and understand menus with accuracy memorize item descriptions. The candidate must be able to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, coworkers, and guests. Spanish fluency is a plus.
CERTIFICATES / LICENSES
If position requires operation of a vehicle, the candidate must possess a valid Driver’s License or be able to obtain one within 30 days of employment. The candidate’s driving record must meet the standards and requirements of the Company and the Company's insurance carrier.
Candidate must possess a valid Food Handler License and, Liquor permit or be willing to obtain in appropriate permits in a reasonable period of time.
