1.Provide LEGENDARY and RESPONSIVE customer service in representing SecurAmerica and the client based on site and post instructions.
2.Help deter, deflect, detect, investigate and/or resolve all activity that could result in loss or liability for the customer including criminal incidents, fire hazards and safety conditions.
3.Serve as a representative of the client in noticing and remedying any condition that could reflect poorly on the clients brand.
4.Enforce client security, safety and fire/life safety rules, procedures and protocols.
5.Maintain a high level of visibility, vigilance and professionalism while on post.
6.Effectively and efficiently respond to client, contractor and visitor inquiries and service requests; graciously assist all parties as needed.
7.Immediately and appropriately respond to emergency situations according to specified protocols.
8.Complete required reports, logs and paperwork in a timely method that meets or exceeds account quality standards.
9.Perform other duties as required
