Job Description

A world-class ski and summer resort, located in Salt Lake County, UT, is looking for a talented and energetic Executive Pastry Chef to manage their main kitchen. This high volume, full-service resort features 25+ outlets and over 80k sqft of meeting space. Someone who is highly motivated, hands-on, and can stay calm under pressure will be a great addition to the team.


Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 (based on experience) plus comprehensive benefits, resort perks and much more!


Our ideal candidate will have:


  • 5+ year's executive pastry chef experience
  • Experience in multi-outlet dining, banquets or catering with food volume of $5M +
  • Strong background baking from scratch and in large volume high end desserts, wedding cakes, and breads
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced/ high volume environment
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Must be in good physical condition with the ability to be on your feet for long periods of time
