Establishing a series of "First Milestones" such as buddy, client engagement, first Performance Manager meeting, first snapshot review, first promotion etc., to ensure successful integration. Establishing a series of bi-weekly concierge check-ins throughout the new hire's first 90 days Establishing milestone 45 and 90-day reviews for new hires to assess performance. Developing and tracking metrics to monitor each new hire's success and deliver monthly reports. Employee Engagement: Design programs to foster a culture of learning, mutual respect, and collaboration and to engage employees in their continuing professional journey, including: Recognizing their transitional moments and life events.
