Play a key role in leading the HR applications and provide vision and strategy towards the application development and support to improve user experience, operational efficiency and productivity. Understand short and long term needs and goals of the organization. Work with Business leaders/Enterprise applications director and build multi-year application roadmaps that supports the corporate vision and strategy. Responsible for supporting the following applications but not limited to PeopleSoft HCM, SAP Success factors, MAPS, ESEACARE and TARS.
Lead the Enterprise application department and support the HR applications both on-premise and Cloud. Work with the Enterprise applications Senior Director and set the vision and strategy towards the HR application development and support to improve user experience, operational efficiency and productivity.
Build and maintain a positive and constructive relationship with key stakeholders, team members, vendors, and other departments involved in the projects, application support and manage user/stakeholder expectations.
Lead enterprise wide change management via effective planning, communication, workshops, trainings, tutorials, surveys, stakeholder/employee engagements etc.
Assist with the review of business cases and perform in-depth analysis to translate into detailed business and functional requirements; as well as facilitate discussions and review with the teams to obtain sign-off on all requirements from the project sponsor(s).
Ensure and adhere to the ITGC Controls, GDPR, SOX Compliance and various service level agreements.
Collaborate with core development team members, subject matter experts, and project teams as necessary. Work closely with the business and/or technical counterparts to deliver enhancements that are compliant with industry and application best practices.
Apply advanced software concepts to plan, design, develop, modify, debug, deploy and evaluate highly complex software for functional areas.

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (with a concentration in HRM), Human Resources Management, Computer Science, Software Engineering or Management Information systems (MIS) or equivalent preferred
10 years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM application including leading and managing cross functional teams. 3 years of budget management experience. 5 years of experience in managing application development and production support teams. 2-5 years of experience in SAP Success factors preferred.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
Must have solid experience in the preparation and review of RFPs, PMPs, MoM, SLAs, SOWs. Strong knowledge of Risk and Legal/Compliance processes, cybersecurity, network & data security. Strong experience in systems support, team leadership, as well as establishing and managing service measures to ensure organizational effectiveness. Strong PeopleSoft techno functional knowledge. Must be a proven change leader accustomed to working in a dynamic environment. Relevant experience in assessing and building high performing teams in large organizations will be a plus. Strong business judgment, as well as a thorough understanding of technology and a demonstrated track record of delivering effective solutions and systems across multiple operating companies in diverse geographic contexts. Ability and diplomacy to create and manage change. Excellent organizational awareness and proven ability to operate in a matrix environment. Demonstrated ability to manage project scope and client expectations. Demonstrated follow-through on assignments and issue resolution. Demonstrated decision making, delegating, talent development skills.
