Primary responsibility: help facilitate the successful roll out of the Ole Red entertainment venues. Help support (and lead in some instances) other Company hotel and entertainment development and real estate related projects.
Participates in Ole Red Venue roll out. Assist with development, both planning & execution, of venue launch strategy. Work with VP and identified external brokerage resources to evaluate markets and sites in order to select the best locations. Gathers and presents relavent market information to support feasibility of proposed venue locations. Works with other departments (legal, operations, construction, marketing, etc.) to accomplish new deal goals, achieve successful openings and ongoing operations. Works with VP and EVP to obtain internal approval to proceed with deals from senior management. Secure locations for Ole Red venues.
Searches for resources to increase knowledge about restaurant entertainment development and operation in the US and select international locations. Cultivates relationships with key developers in select markets. Updates research and Target markets for each successive year.
Supports and leads new Company entertainment and hospitality development projects and initiatives.
Buys, sells, and leases Company assets.
Manages special projects on behalf of the Company.
Represents the Company in various non-core business investments.
Implements creative ideas to maximize cash flow from Company real estate holdings.
Prepares capital approval presentations, quarterly board presentations and other presentations for the purpose of internal and external communication.
Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications
BA / BS degree. MBA preferred.
Minimum 5 years experience in commercial real estate and development.
Candidate must have experience in negotiations, real estate and business transactions, contract documentation and closing of lease and purchase/sell transactions, in addition to a variety of business deals and structures.
Restaurant, entertainment venue and hotel experience is a plus.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Strong written, oral, presentation, sales communications skills required.

Must possess a clear understanding of Market dynamics and analysis.
Must be comfortable interacting with senior management, government officials and business partners.
Must be able to effectively manage consultants including lawyers, architects/engineers and public relations.
Must conduct oneself as a business professional, both in appearance and actions, and have a high level of integrity and self-confidence.
Experience and proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint programs.
