VOTRE RÔLE CRUCIAL Relevant du Chef Exécutif, le chef sushi participera activement à l'élaboration d'un menu varié de sushis uniques et veillera à la formation des membres de sa brigade. Assure la satisfaction de la clientèle par la rapidité du service et la qualité des plats présentés. Agit comme formateur auprès des membres de la brigade, principalement les membres de l'équipe de gestion. Veille à l'application des normes d'hygiène, de salubrité, de santé et de sécurité au travail. Gérer de manière efficace les ressources matérielles (gestion des inventaires, approvisionnements, etc.) allouées à son département d'assurer la qualité des produits utilisés et minimiser les pertes. Exécute toute autre tâche jugée essentielle pour la bonne marche de la cuisine. Qualifications et compétences requises : 3 à 5 ans d'expérience significative en cuisine japonaise; Sens de l'organisation; Excellentes habiletés de communication. Bilingue français /anglais en raison de sa communication fréquente avec les fournisseurs de l'international.
