Must strictly adhere to banquets uniform standards PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Combined standing/walking position for up to 10 hours per shift. Will get breaks as available. Required to lift over 25lbs frequently and over 50lbs occasionally. Will bend, squat, kneel, climb, twist, and reach above shoulder level on a frequent basis; will use hands for grasping and fine manipulation. Worksite is 60% inside. All sensory skills needed. OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES: Must have extensive knowledge of Schweitzer Mountain Resort facilities and activities. Responsibilities are listed as guidelines and are not limited to these items. JOB SPECIFICATIONS: SKILLS: Detail oriented, multi-tasking, efficiency, and cleanliness. EDUCATION: Banquets menu knowledge; English reading, writing, and communication; basic math; knowledge of Idaho State Liquor and identification laws. EXPERIENCE: Minimum six months to a year job-specific work experience with demonstrated competence. LICENSE NEEDED: Alcohol Awareness Training (may acquire during employment) MACHINES OR TOOLS OPERATED: Blender, coffee machine, dishwasher, dumbwaiter, knife, taps, regulators cash register, and micros ordering system.
