Promotes and practices safe work habits; Identifies and communicates potential safety hazards; Ensures accidents are documented following proper procedures. Monitors inventory and restocks as needed; Communicates products/supplies as needed to Management; Assists with new strategies to keep location stocked; Assists Management in running inventory. Provides feedback on guest experience to Management and proactively completes other duties as assigned by Management. Assists in maintaining 100% compliance with all relevant policies; EEO, labor, HR, wage and food safety laws and regulations. Assists with team onboarding and ongoing training. Is an expert in all FOH and BOH stations and monitor standards are kept. Supports BOH as needed to provide excellent service to guests. Qualifications and Competencies High School Diploma or equivalent required 1-2 years direct experience Health department license or certification, Food Handlers, and/or alcohol certification as required by state or local requirement. Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers. Resourceful self-starter, works well independently as well as part of a team, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities. Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays. Essential Physical Requirements Position requires prolonged periods of standing/walking around store or department. May involve reaching, crouching, kneeling and stooping.
