Educational Requirements Working towards or completion of secondary school. Food Safe certificate is considered an asset. Previous Experience Previous employment as a cook and several years of experience in the hospitality industry is required. Develop and encourage high team member morale and communication between team members. Analyze daily reports (POS System) to assure that all goals are being met and no discrepancies exist.
