JOB SUMMARY
The Business Travel Sales Manager is responsible for growing business in both the corporate and local negotiated segments as well as the overall Consortia business. The Business Travel Sales Manager will continue to further penetrate existing accounts as well as procure new business for their assigned hotel. The Sales Business Travel Sales Manager is also responsible for meeting assigned monthly sales goals. This position will be based out of the assigned hotel.

JOB DUTIES
• Responsible for meeting or exceeding revenue goals in the Business Travel market segment(s) for the assigned hotel.

• Travel locally to conduct outside calls, promote assigned hotel
• Attend tradeshows representing the assigned hotel as required
• Generate leads and new business through internet searches, telephone and email solicitations, mailings, referrals, networking, trade shows, professional and community organizations, sales, blitzes, etc.
• Maintain a relationship with the brand’s national sales office (where applicable)
• Arrange site inspections of the assigned hotel for new accounts
• Respond to all sales inquiries within 24 business hours
• Execute and support the operational aspects of business booked (e.g., generating proposals, writing contracts, customer correspondences).
• Responsible for negotiating volume account contracts and the implementation and setup as required
• Analyze historical, current, and future hotel/market trends and develop strategies to maximize occupancy and average rate of assigned hotels through creative and selective selling

Job Description The primary focus of the position is to lead ship hotel refurbishment projects for the New Builds & Refurbishments department. The Project Manager is responsible for the planning, development and execution of large-scale projects including conversions, revitalizations, addition of cabins and balconies, ADA and Hotel Repair and Maintenance, among others for the CCL fleet within specifications, budgets and schedules in international shipyards and dry docks as well as in service. The project manager will supervise and monitor contractors / service vendors (including engineers, designers) on refurbishment activities within assigned fleet, as well as repair & maintenance projects for hotel operations. Responsible for managing multi-million dollar projects in a fast paced environment. Essential Functions: Develop the scope of work required to fully satisfy the stakeholders' desired project outcome. Develop specifications for refurbishment areas in compliance with the criteria established by the sponsors. Proactively identify areas of opportunities and propose actionable solutions. Prepare bid documents and design/technical specifications. Review and analyse drawings and specifications presented by internal and external architects and designers, providing feedback and adjustments, considering functionality, operational needs, technical considerations (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing , or other). Supervise on-board installations including onsite inspections at dry docks to ensure quality adherence/assurance of work completed and timely production. Ensure projects are accomplished following applicable regulatory requirements and that all documents are updated and archived to be reviewed with applicable regulatory agencies such as Lloyds and/ or Coast Guard, ADA. Here's what we need: As Torchy's Front of House Manager (FOHM), you will be responsible for elevating the guest experience at your restaurant and ensuring the Team Members do the same. This individual is results-oriented and self-motivated, with a passion for developing others. The FOHM will act as a manager on duty, leading both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) teams, ensuring a smooth shift with exceptional service. What you'll be doing: Leads Front-of-House operations, ensuring guest satisfaction Models best-in-class hospitality and coaches the team to deliver the same Evaluates online ordering and to-go metrics and leverages opportunities to enhance pick-up experience Ensures efficient execution of FOH and BOH operations during each shift Upholds and reinforces quality standards and food safety knowledge to FOH/BOH teams Addresses and alleviates all guest concerns; develops solutions to improve future service Schedules FOH team members to meet business needs and coordinates Local Store Marketing Assists Managing Partner and Kitchen Manager with operation of restaurant Leads store opening/closing procedures Drives compliance with safety, security and sanitation standards Communicates expectations clearly and has consistent follow-ups with team members Leads and creates initiatives to drive sales/profit and store performance Drives a 'DAMN GOOD' bar experience and develops the bar as a destination QUE-SO here's what you'll need: Minimum Qualifications 2+ years of restaurant management experience, leading FOH and BOH operations High-level understanding of training and development concepts Required state alcohol-server and Manager ServSafe Certification Preferred Qualifications Ability to lead and foster teamwork Oral and written communication skills Excellent with time management Experience working in a scratch kitchen environment Bilingual a plus Physical Requirements Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds Must be able to stand for several hours and walk for long periods of time Must be able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves at various height levels Let's TACO 'bout why it pays to be a Torchy's Team Member 55K - 57K based on candidate experience Period based Bonus eligibility Access to all benefits including medical, dental, and vision plus 401(k) Paid Time Off ( PTO ) Never again wait for a paycheck!
