Work closely with Housekeeping management to ensure accurate status of each room, and readiness of rooms for check‑in and to report guest concerns.
Print special requests report and block according to specifications.
Balance room types daily according to departmental procedures.
Review resumes for arriving groups; organize and coordinate master accounts and check‑in/check-out., pre‑registration procedures.
Monitor V.I.P. arrivals; greet and escort them to their room.
Review all out‑of‑order rooms daily with respective departments to determine the most current status and an estimated date for return to room inventory.
Ensure all closing duties for staff are completed before staff signs out.
Provide feedback to staff on their performance. Handle disciplinary problems and counsel employees according to hotel standards.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly payroll records.
Complete all paperwork and closing duties in accordance with departmental standards.
Review the status of assignments and any follow‑up action with the on‑coming supervisor.

Job Summary The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for assuring attentive friendly courteous and efficient service in all F&B Outlets Room Service Lounge and Banquets while maintaining adherence to budgeted payroll and overhead cost. He/she is also responsible for continually working towards improving Restaurant Room Service Lounge and Banquet sales revenues to exceed budget. Stock linens, china, glass, silver, and food items for service; assist in preparation of smaller items such as toast, soup, or beverages. Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions; respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests. Set-up, decorate, clean, breakdown tables and food stations. Assist the needs of all guests in the function room providing them with reliable, punctual, and enthusiastic service. Maintain the cleanliness in the pool area. Respond properly and quickly in any hotel emergency or safety situation. Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and staff. Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors. Ideal candidate will have: Minimum two years' food service experience; Server experience preferred. Knowledge of MICROS preferred One to two years' experience working in Food & Beverage preferred Food Handlers Certifications required Work authorization in the United States Ability to carry and balance a tray.
