They must set up the front of the house and back of the house for service (expo line and dish area), assist servers during meal periods, pour water, clear dishes, reset tables, run food, and maintain cleanliness of the restaurant. Qualifications: To be successful in this role, candidates should have previous experience as a food server assistant or a similar position in a restaurant setting; however, this is not required. They must have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, outstanding customer service and problem-solving abilities, and a strong work ethic. The successful candidate must also be detail-oriented and able to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Responsibilities: Work with servers to ensure guest needs are met in a timely manner Ensure impeccable cleanliness of the restaurant and adhere to food safety standards Clear tables and reset them according to standards immediately after guests have departed Set up the front of the house and back of the house for service (expo line and dish area) Assist servers during meal periods, pour water, clear dishes, reset tables, run food, and maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant Provide excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities Work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Perform other related duties as assigned
