Description SCOPE OF POSITION: Responsible for maintaining and organizing all banquet rooms, hallways, storage and service areas. Ensures banquet event orders are followed so that setup are completed to required specifications and in a timely manner. Responsible for the tear down all events after conclusion. All duties are to be performed in accordance with Tribal, federal, state, local laws, regulations, and ordinances, as well as department and company policies, practices, and procedures. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The following is a list of the main duties and responsibilities. However, other duties may be assigned as deemed necessary by management.
