Job Description

Driving revenues in various segments with a heavy focus on social and wedding business. Exceeding customers' expectations with great knowledge, professionalism, and genuine service. Developing and maintaining exceptional relationships. Qualifying internal leads and turning inquires into events. Booking and detailing events with extreme accuracy. Up sell menu items to maximize revenues while providing increased value and an exceptional experience to our guests. Being a team player to promote a positive atmosphere for our associates while keeping the highest of standards in place. Provide pricing recommendations that illustrates tremendous value to our guest while profitability margins are met. Develop business plan for corporate events
  • Proactively market event spaces,
  • Calendar management for all functions and corporate events
  • Schedule, plan, coordinate on-site at events for corporate events as well as for internal company functions
  • Conduct site tours of venues, host open houses, attend tradeshows as necessary
  • Pursue new market opportunities to increase event sales
  • Build and maintain working relationships with internal and external partners, and leverage these relationships to deliver innovative and memorable events.
  • Meet annual income goals
  • Prepare and distribute event reports
  • Maintain client database and event tracker
  • Handle internal accounting, billing and collections for vendor and client invoices
  • Continually review, refine, and publish event packages
  • Vendor file maintenance
  • Handle event close out details
  • Assist in preparation of presentations
  • Ensure event planning materials including brochures, website, and other pieces are up to date at all times
  • Maintain knowledge of competitor offerings and new trends
