Amrit's two towers, Peace and Happiness comprise 182 wellness residents, 153 wellness resort suites including 30 destination spa suites, chlorine free pools, natural bistro with teaching kitchen, farm to table restaurant, meeting/celebration space, hair-health full service salon, outdoor activities/experiences and 100,000 sf of wellness and spa spread over four floors indoors and out. Amrit, in partnership with leading wellness innovators, globally renown mindfulness experts, and a spa floor dedicated to innovative treatments and services, will provide the tools, technology, resources and experiences for guests to achieve personalized peace and happiness and ultimately, wellness for life. The Relaxation Wellness Coach will conduct virtual coaching sessions with guests/residents who are struggling with health, stress, and wellness issues. Provide individualized strategies(roadmap) to help guests overcome the problems they are struggling with and motivate guests to commit to lifestyle changes. Client Consultation: Conduct thorough assessments and consultations to understand clients' specific health concerns, and wellness goals. Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in therapy rooms, equipment, and tools used during treatments, adhering to spa standards. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of client assessments, treatments administered, and progress over time. Client Education: Educate clients about Ayurveda, its principles, and the benefits of specific treatments. Customer Service: Create a welcoming and comfortable environment for clients, ensuring they feel relaxed and cared for throughout their visit. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other wellness professionals, including massage therapists, yoga instructors, and nutritionists, LMFTs, to create integrated wellness programs for clients. Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times. Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written, with all level of employees and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service oriented manner. Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying concerns raised by employees and guests. Must be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines. Approach all encounters with guests and employees in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service-oriented manner. Attend all hotel required meetings and trainings. Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Highgate Hotels Standards, as required by scheduling, which will vary according to the needs of the hotel. Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which includes wearing the proper uniform and nametag.
