The incumbent is given specific and detailed instructions on the tasks to be performed, the procedures to be followed, and how the finished work will be submitted. Work assignments are clear-cut, routine, selected, and designed to develop the employee for career progression. The goal for this incumbent is to learn and become competent in all duty stations within a 90-day probationary period.
