"Read" the guest and deliver the experience they want on this visit Suggestive Sell Specials and Extras Sidework & Cleaning duties Maintain a Clean and Well-Stocked Area ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES: Regular and reliable attendance Must be able to be on your feet for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds. Greet and welcome guests as they arrive. Offer a Guest Obsessed farewell as they depart. Able to operate the POS system. Escort guests to their table, give them menus, and answer any questions. Answer incoming calls and address guest inquiries. Able to take orders, enter the POS, accurately bag the orders, and handle an efficient guest transaction. Give guests accurate wait time estimates. Clean and maintain sparkling clean restrooms and lobbies. Optimize seating at different tables to ensure even workload for servers/staff.
