Requirements - Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language. - Apprenticeship and Red Seal, cooking school and/or culinary institute education. - Strong organizational and leadership skills. - High level of creativity and quality standards. - Working knowledge of all cooking techniques, butchering, sauces, dressings, presentations, garde-manger, pastry experience, banquet & volume cooking experience. - 3 years culinary role in upscale restaurant or hotel.
