All invoices delivered to wall file for accounting to access • Maintain a thorough knowledge of all menu items, and train staff on specifics of each menu item. • Participate closely with all staff and management to ensure all deadlines are met according to restaurant targets. • Oversight of closing procedures from an audit perspective.
