The Pastry Chef is responsible for planning/preparing pastry items and managing/directing the Pastry Sous and related parties for the execution of all pastry items at the restaurant. What we are looking for: Oversee pastry production for the restaurant ensuring quality from procurement, and production to execution daily to ensure successful, delicious, consistent, and profitable services. Order products needed for production and maintained inventory with both food cost and product quality in mind.
