The ability to ascertain a guest's satisfaction and handle any problem which may arise informing a manager of the problem and how it was resolved. The ability to handle a guest walkout. The ability to report any accident immediately, no matter how minor, to a manager. The ability to recognize and address potential intoxicated, disruptive or undesirable guests. The ability to respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation. Ability to work outdoors in extreme heat, and summer conditions. Ability to stand and walk for 8+ hours. What we are looking for: As our hotel is open 24/7, 365 days a year, we expect our servers to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
