Understand and assist with optimizing your shop's P&L. Work with Studio Manager to resolve employee relations and customer issues ensuring the company is protected against liability with a mindfulness of studio morale and culture. Perform daily and weekly inventory, and maintain ordering levels. Perform weekly reports on studio effectiveness and efficiency - including pulling and distributing weekly stylist reports.
