Violet's Tavern is looking for a SOUS CHEF.Minimum 5 years restaurant cooking experience required. At least 1 year of experience in kitchen management is recommended, but we are also willing to train the right candidate.Violet's is a small neighborhood restaurant with a commitment to good ingredients and simple, consistent, quality and satiating food. The Sous Chef will work alongside Head Chef, George Mullen (formerly of Fatted Calf), and will be responsible for food prep, staff management and leading service 2 nights/week. Additionally, The Sous Chef is responsible for the execution of the Brunch menu and service.This is a great opportunity to work for a growing company with multiple restaurants.
