As a Customer Success Specialist (CSS), you will be responsible for selling new products to our current customer base, renewing contracts, conducting surveys, coordinating installations /rollouts and completing new and ongoing site level training for all customers within a given territory. The CSS will be responsible for setting customer experience expectations and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities Sell new products to the current customers in your designated territory. You will also conduct business renewal meetings in order to secure new contracts with our customers. Conducts on-site pre and post installation surveys as well as ongoing scheduled visits and customer surveys Conducts training of current customers within a territory in the operation and use of the automated oil system Identifies and communicates customer problems and opportunities to the appropriate internal personnel including working with our Depots Actively solicits and leverages customer referrals to locate new prospects for the sales team Leverages strong project management skill set to ensure smooth roll-out for customer installs and adherence to testing protocol to facilitate the conversion of tests to roll outs.
Position Requirements Bachelor's degree and three or more years of outside sales experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Ability to drive within designated territory on a daily basis, with occasional overnight travel required Proven ability to propose & negotiate new product penetration opportunities within existing customer business Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with familiarity with online technologies (Oracle CRM a bonus)
