Summary of essential job functions: Complete sales objectives and ongoing action plan, as directed by the Director of Sales. Meet with leads and clients and provide facility tours. Maximize revenue by selling all facets Wyndridge Farm and other revenue generating opportunities. Close business by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations. Respond promptly to all sales related inquiries and coorespondence from customers, prospects and lead referrals. Maintain excellent customer relationship management and communication with internal team regarding the customer's event. Provide overall direction to banquet staff through excellent communication and accurately detailed event orders. Provide accurate and timely information to prospects, clients, vendors and employees. Build and maintain working relationships with internal and external partners. Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential. Focus on exceeding customer expectations to create loyal customers. Create detailed and accurate event orders. Work well under pressure and reprioritize efforts as needs change and arise.
