Previous management and leadership credentials required. Growth potential is limitless for the right person!Job Description-Helps to oversee and directs the entire back of the house team. The Chef team is directly responsible for all operations, food quality and maintenance of financials.-Is responsible for collaborative menu development, consistent execution and quality control. Special emphasis will be on alternative sugars and flours, wellness diets and gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian cooking.-Directly manages the financial responsibilities of the restaurant including: food cost, labor cost and equipment costs with the Chef team.-Regulates the purchasing of goods and the standards of products coming into the restaurants. Maintains the integrity of the philosophy of The Family Jones and its sustainability structure.-Oversees training systems for all management and hourly staff.-Participates and actively leads any and all services required.-Sets a standard of excellence and integrity for all to follow.-Is the guardian of ethical and quality standards for The Family Jones.
