Total price and tax on products purchased by customer, accepts payment and makes change Ensure the staff complete night audit reports and report tips as required by IRS by completing the tip report sheet on a daily basis. Order bakery and sandwich items weekly, and monitor their sale levels daily by working closely with the chef.
