Including day-to-day staff management and mentorship, the GM translates the magic of Fotografiska into future business by consistently elevating and refining member, guest and staff experiences, maintaining a culture of positivity and growth. Regularly meet with Leadership teams to develop and execute standard operating procedures identifying discretionary revenue opportunities while maintaining the integrity of the brand. The ability to guide, develop and implement operational excellence decisions that become SOPs by outlining policies, procedures, and systems to improve our business and staff experience. Team Management: Verōnika Restaurant & Bar: Primary governance over a team of dedicated and diversified staff including the following responsibilities: Development/manage the business unit organizational chart in conjunction with leadership. Developing proper written documentation in preparation for the hiring and training of necessary staff and following onboarding protocols for new staff. Institute daily operational meetings that include core front and back of house staff from other units to educate on daily happenings in the museum.
