Job Description

Day One by Luxe Hubs is a corporate housing and vacation rental company with 100 luxury apartments located in downtown Seattle, WA. We list our rentals on a variety of booking platforms. During summer seasons we host tourists, interns, and businesspersons and are focused on shorter stays, generally 2 days-3 weeks. During winter months we focus on securing long-term stays (1-6 months), usually hosting travel nurses, students, remote workers, etc.
We're a small and tight-knit team of entrepreneurs and go-getters who communicate frequently with each other in order to ensure a cohesive group mentality that lets our workday flow. We all work hard and long hours in order to attend to all of the details that this type of business requires. We have two teams: sales & online operations, cleaning and field operations.

We've expanded to Dallas and have an open position for the right candidate.

Responsibilities :
-Ensure a continuous flow of information using the systems (Slack, Email, Airbnb, Website, Expedia, Vrbo, Google Docs, our property management software) in place for effective and smooth operation. - Establish and maintain relationships with landlords and partners to ensure that we are receiving timely and important updates (i.e.repairs, lease end dates, renewals, etc)- Customer Service: communicate with guests throughout their stay, resolve issues, provide support when needed in a timely manner- Inventory management: monitor and replenish housekeeping inventory and consumable goods as necessary- Phone support - any cases where you need to follow up with a guest to ensure their total satisfaction- Sales: scheduling reservations, responding to guest inquiries-Schedule maintenance work by communicating with the properties onsite team to ensure that repairs and preventative maintenance work are being scheduled and completed in a timely manner-Manage external contractors-Lead special operations projects as needed- expansion to new properties-Ensure that contractual obligations by Day One and landlords are followed (i.e. maintenance, exterminators, etc)- Act as a liaison between the Corporate team in Seattle and landlords to ensure that rent is paid accurately on time, including tracking any adjustments

RequirementsHave a drivers license and vehicle to get from property to property to do work ordersHave a smart phoneMulti tasker, Curious + quick learner, self-motivated, can do attitude.

Compensation$20/hr 25-35 hrs a weekcontract job/1099
