Summary:Kitava is looking to add an experienced service-industry leader to our friendly team in San Francisco. This management team member will lead service and operations for our Mission Street location, responsible for providing a warm, welcoming, and stress-free environment for our guests.Our goal is to nourish the world through healthy, consciously sourced meals served in a warm and welcoming environment, and were looking for a strong leader who is passionate about contributing to this mission!About the role:The Assistant General Manager (AGM) is expected to own all aspects of service and operations for the restaurant. Anything related to the restaurants ability to provide an outstanding guest experience at scale is the AGMs responsibility.The ideal fit is an experienced front-of-house leader whos obsessed with quality service.
