Maintain positive and professional approach with employees, coworkers, and guests. Communicate regularly with all spa staff on property regarding appointments and required timeframe for smooth workflow. Greet clients in a courteous manner for all steps of their spa experience. Ability to give meticulous facial treatments. Consult with the guest to ensure expectations are met for a pleasurable visit, may include site tour. Cross-trained to perform all services within a unisex salon operation as determined by license and certification. Prepare massage equipment, sanitize instruments, treatment areas and supplies daily, and complete all tasks necessary for opening and closing shifts. On-time attendance is necessary, and uninterrupted work is expected. Answer the telephone identifying yourself, your department, and offering assistance. Effectively selling retail products and promoting spa services. Maintain proper opening/closing procedures and acting responsibly with transactions. Book appointments either by phone or in person and recording the transactions in the appropriate area. Maintain a well-groomed, professional appearance, which includes wearing a clean and well-kept uniform, and nametag. Follow all safety and health regulations including Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) protocol policies. Maintain spa rooms and public areas in a clean, comfortable and saleable condition, including front of house areas. (station cleared, trash picked up). Report any accidents or injuries to the Security Department. Carry out deep cleaning tasks and special projects. Attend product knowledge training as required.
