SPA MANAGER OF FIVE STAR DAY SPA

(MUST HAVE PRIOR SPA EXPERIENCE AND IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY)

About Us

We are a small Five Star family owned Day Spa in Anaheim Hills. Since we opened our beautiful Day Spa two years ago, we have strived to create a different culture in the Day Spa industry. Our goal is to stay in the lead by offering services with high end products; professional therapists who are aligned to our higher customer care standards; and offering a luxurious Relaxation Oasis (this is how our loyal customers call Zianna). We treat our guests as we would like to be treated.

Position Summary

Responsible for managing and supervising all areas of the spa including all staff, membership program, marketing, services, retail, scheduling, financial growth, reception desk who will report work directly with the owner.

Job Duties

Managing Spa Operations and Budgets

Spa retails operations, selection of vendors and contract agreements

Product research, inventory, purchasing

Create projections to increase spa revenue and meet or exceed goals

Maintain cleanliness of spa and equipment

Create and Manage Spa Sales and Marketing Strategy

Develops an overall pricing strategy

Manage Spa Membership and Loyalty Programs

Coordinate/create special services for groups and and specials

Develops and Manage spa promotions, gifting programs co-op marketing efforts and holiday events

Identify and recommend new products, services and enhancements to remain competitive in the Day Spa market

Coordinate with marketing team to keep us visible and high in the ranking in all social media platforms

Managing Spa Revenue

Responsible for creating and analyzing financial budgeting, forecasting

Monitors and Manages payroll

Manage operations to budget by reviewing operating statements, budget worksheets and PR progress report

Manage Spa controllable expenses like professional products, linen expenses, guest amenities to meet or exceed budgeted goals

Ensures and Deliver Exceptional Customer Service

Strive to improve service performance according to our standards

Create a positive atmosphere for guest relations and employees

Empower employees to provide excellent customer service according to our protocols

Human Resources Activities

Ensure on-going communication is open in all areas, create awareness of our spa vision, recognizing performance to produce desired business results

Ensure that lead therapists and managers collaborate and are aligned with our business goals

Conduct Hiring, training and orientation of new employees

Provide proper leadership to ensure that employees follow our policies and protocols

Qualifications and Experience

4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Marketing

OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration

Minimum 2-years' experience in the spa industry, preferred Day Spa, sales and marketing, guest services, front desk or related professional area

Very energetic individual who loves the challenges this industry brings

Preferred experienced in directing a Day Spa

Very dynamic, strategic team player with high integrity and ethical standards

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, handle pressure well, self-motivated and very detail oriented

Must have strong financial acumen and advanced analytical abilities

Ability to carry out assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner

Highly proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Must have flexible work schedule including weekends to accommodate business management demands

Adhere to our high standards and guidelines

Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required
