Five Dot Ranch is seeking an experienced Chef and Restaurant Operations Manager. A strong presence in the restaurant is key with great attention to detail in kitchen management and quality service. This individual will also play a large role in our Commissary Kitchen.Responsibilities include:Ensuring service runs smoothlyHiring/Firing, training & supervising back of the house and front of the house staffOverseeing food production tasksEnsuring that quality and cost standards are consistently obtainedKitchen administrative dutiesInventory and orderingMenu creationCoordination of Cookhouse and Commissary KitchenCollaboration with Butcher Shop ManagerChef should have a positive attitude and be able to communicate clearly, professionally, concisely and respectfully.
