Drive group sales by identifying potential clients and partners, conducting outreach, and fostering relationships. 5. Manage event budgets, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective service provision. 6. Conduct post-event evaluations and report on outcomes to key stakeholders. 7. Ensure all events are delivered to the highest standards, reflecting the company's brand and values. Qualifications: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in event planning and management 2. Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business or related field preferred 3. Proven track record in managing successful large-scale corporate events. 4. Strong knowledge of group sales and experience in driving sales growth. 5. Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. 6. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders. 7. High level of creativity and problem-solving ability. 8. Proficiency in using event management software and technology. 9. Willingness to travel as required for event planning and execution.
