Overview The Personal Wellness Coordinator is responsible for creating a welcoming first impression and for providing current information about the wellness offerings, services, and facilities. He/she is also responsible for greeting guests, assisting with questions, and providing recommendations and directions for wellness facilities. The Personal Wellness Coordinator will be a point of contact for the guests to assist them in organizing & booking their wellness activities, dining experience, and building their itinerary prior to arriving to the resort. The Personal Wellness Coordinator will be responsible for selling the PWSS coaching sessions membership. Responsibilities Customer Service: Create a welcoming and comfortable environment for clients, ensuring they feel relaxed and cared for throughout their visit. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other wellness professionals, including massage therapists, yoga instructors, and nutritionists, LMFTs, to create integrated wellness programs for clients. Responsible for leading and developing the Front of House and Back of House Supervision to ensure their goals and daily functions are met. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee all operations and make certain that; they are open on time, equipped properly, and that the restaurant is properly staffed to produce a quality product. Develop and encourage high team member morale and communication between team members. Analyze daily reports (POS System) to assure that all goals are being met and no discrepancies exist. Interact with guests and assure that all problems are resolved quickly, log and report necessary complaints to Food and Beverage Manager. Coordinate daily ordering with Unit Leads for each location. Responsible for monthly inventory. Prepare master schedule for all Restaurant team members (Beaver Brother's, Pizza in the Square, Employee Cafe). Coordinate with Scheduling Coordinator on the hiring, orientation, and placement of team members.
