Position Purpose Assist bartenders with cleaning of all bar surfaces and stocking of supplies. Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Assist bartenders with keeping the bars stocked. Keep supplies/stock under all cabinets well supplied and clean at all times. Keep all counter tops and cupboards wiped clean at all times. Keep floors mopped and cleaned around stations; also mop floor in beer cooler. Keep all floor drains cleaned out daily. Change garbage bags in all stations; dump garbage and empty boxes often. Retrieve all clean glasses used in the Brewery from both kitchens. Follow instructions given by the bartender on duty. Maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times. Any other duties as assigned by the Bartender and/or Director of Restaurant & Brewery Operations. Recording and reporting any suspicious activity as defined by the Bank Secrecy Act (Title 31) and Feather falls Casino Internal control policy Suspicious Activity Compliance Program.
