As a leadership team member, you will help support one of our six on-site dining venues in the overall efficiency of the kitchen, dining room, private dining room, and catering areas. You will supervise, train, schedule, coach, and develop 20+ dining room staff; support all aspects of the meal service; and assure exceptional customer service to all residents, staff, and guests.
