Job Description Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment. Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc.) Clean and sanitize work areas Co-ordinate with chef and sous chef for list of daily responsibilities.
