Sign-on bonus paid out in 3 payments. $2,000 at 90 days, $2,000 at 6 months and $2,000 at 1 year. If employment is terminated at any time during the first year of employment, any remaining bonus payments will not be paid. Expected base pay rate for the role will be $32.59 per hour at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short & long term incentive packages, and other company sponsored benefit programs.
