Requirements Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry. Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of restaurant operations and industry trends. Ability to manage budgets and financials. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Hospitality or related field is a plus.
