This position will be responsible for holding down restaurant operations when Operations Management is not present. This will be done by monitoring inventory counts, production lists, and delegating tasks for the crew to have a successful shift. Must be 18 years of age or older Must have a valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation Open availability and ability to work a minimum of 5 days and 32 to 48 hours per week Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays Successful completion of background check Must possess leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with others 1-3 years management experience required Restaurant management experience preferred Capability Requirements The following capabilities are required to perform the essential functions of this position.
