Job Specification:

Onsite: Black Desert Resort
Shift & Schedule Availability: Year Round / Full Time
The budgeted range starts at $65,000 - $75,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.

Job Responsibilities but not limited:

  • Oversee the daily operations of 20th Hole, ensuring that high standards of service and quality are consistently met.
  • Lead and inspire the restaurant team, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Work closely with the culinary team to oversee menu development and ensure quality food presentation.
  • Manage the financial aspects of the restaurant, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.
  • Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with guests, handling complaints and feedback with professionalism.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the restaurant and organize special events.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas to improve the guest experience.


  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a casual dining setting.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in building and managing a team.
  • Proven financial management skills, including budgeting and P&L management.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication abilities.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service, including familiarity with American cuisine.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
