Position Responsibilities:
- Keep a positive line of communication between our clients and customers
- Report to the Agency Director about the progress of target goals
- Identify market trends from competitors in the target market
- Develop and calculate suitable plans based on client's needs
- Resolve client inquiries and complaints
- Comply with insurance standards and regulations
- Track and identify areas of improvement
- Educate clients on products and address their specific needs as appropriate
- Customer service and building lasting relationships
- Review clients' current policies
- Assist clients in making changes to their existing coverage and preparing and educating them for future events
Position Requirements:
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to pass background check for state licensing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Current Driver's License
- Access to a reliable computer, telephone, tablet, etc.
- Good internet connection
- Basic computer skills
