DBA Coffee Culture Caf and Eatery Position: Restaurant Supervisor Number of Positions: 2 Terms of Employment: Full-Time, Permanent Wages: $18 per hour/ 40 hours per week Location: 390 Brant St, Burlington, ON L7R 4J4 Start Date: As soon as possible Job Responsibilities: Establish methods to meet work schedules Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures Estimate and order ingredients and supplies Hire food service staff Ensure food service and quality control Prepare budget and cost estimates Address customers' complaints or concerns Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage Prepare and submit reports Prepare food order summaries for the chef Supervise and check assembly of trays Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys Establish work schedules Train staff in job duties and sanitation and safety procedures Job Requirements: The candidate should be fluent in the English Language College/CEGEP The ideal candidate will have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year The candidate will supervise 5-10 people and overall sanitation and safety procedures of the Caf.
