The Pool Supervisor will supervise, train and inspect the performance of the pool staff, ensuring that all procedures are completed to the hotel's standards. S/he will assist where necessary to ensure optimum customer service to guests. The Pool Supervisor assists guests with aquatic needs and supplies. The Pool Supervisor is a champion in Customer Service and Guest/Member relations. In addition, the Pool Supervisor performs special projects for the Wellness Staff and does so without disrupting any of the daily functions of the pool, hotel or without disturbing guests. In addition, provides sincere service through actions that display self-confidence, grace and courtesy to guests and colleagues. College degree in physical education, exercise science or a related field is preferred Prior supervisory experience preferred Prior hotel or hospitality experience preferred Excellent communication skills Technical proficiency (basic computer applications) Attention to detail Customer service experience Strong organizational and time management discipline Understanding of Spa and Wellness Solid judgment and ability to resolve conflicts effectively Operate effectively in stressful situations Ability to multi-task Ability to adapt to changing guest needs
