Our Spa Associates are a critical link in ensuring that our customers' experience in our spa is nothing short of exceptional! Candidates with prior experience in sales or a membership driven environment is ideal but not required. Qualifications and Requirements: Provide excellent customer service to members and guests Ideal past experience would be working for a gym or other membership driven environment Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards, and upgrades Follow proper office procedures/file maintenance Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy and skin care Maintain a professional and clean work environment and appearance Display a positive, energetic attitude Be a team player Possess Windows computer knowledge/skills Perform various other duties as assigned Be willing to take initiative in picking up new tasks around the office Ability to multitask Company Benefits: Hourly wage plus commissions and bonuses Flexible schedules Professional and safe work environment Employee discounts Employee referral bonus Benefits/401K Training Job Requirements: Knowledge of Microsoft Office application, Spa Soft (will train) and basic accounting principles.
