Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses. Develop pricing and promotional strategies. Negotiate with suppliers of materials and supplies. Supervise staff, oversee training, and set work schedules. Negotiate with clients for the use of facilities for receptions and other functions. Resolve customer complaints.
