Key Responsibilities:
- Load your own truck at the start of each shift using a pallet jack, ensuring all items are secured for transport.
- Deliver food products to various local destinations using ramp and dolly for offloading.
- Efficiently manage route schedules, ensuring timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.
- Break down pallets and organize deliveries to meet the specific needs of each client.
- Utilize both dock and liftgate equipment to handle goods safely and effectively.
- Must be able to operate manual transmission trucks.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12 months of commercial driving experience.
- Previous experience in food service delivery, particularly with ramp and dolly equipment.
- Capable of handling physical work, including lifting and moving goods.
- Valid Class A or Class B CDL.
Compensation:
- $23.50 per hour with overtime available after 40 hours per week.
- Typical shifts are Monday-Friday starting at 8 AM, lasting 8-12 hours, providing full-time hours and stable work.
